We do our best to accurately display product descriptions, colors, and sizing. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, and sizing may differ slightly between styles.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 


 

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

To keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment, we provide tracking information for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.


 

Delays & Carrier Issues

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or service disruptions. Lollipop Lane is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.

 


 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lollipop Lane is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the rare event that your shipment is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at lollipoplaneil@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Lollipop Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen following delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

 


 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.

RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Accessories (such as bows, hats, socks, or hair items), if applicable

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and approved.

 


 

Return Process
